The Columbia Fashion Week Model Experience begins now!

Columbia Fashion Week is more than the runway. Columbia Fashion Week creates a space for models to not only have the opportunity to hit the runway, but we help connect models with unique opportunities to help support their careers in the fashion industry.

Columbia Fashion Week facilitates and/or partner with other organizations and businesses to provide creative and business centered opportunities, such as:

  • Collaborative and creative networking projects
  • Connections with industry professionals
  • Social networking events
  • COLAFW Experience magazine publication

HOW TO BE A PART OF THE COLAFW MODEL EXPERIENCE
REGULAR MODEL:
  • STEP 1: Models review below the benefits of being a part of the COLAFW Model Experience/Top Model Competition and MODEL FAQs 
  • STEP 2: Models must join The COLAFW Model Experience to access the below benefits. Join by clicking the "JOIN/RENEW THE MODEL EXPERIENCE TODAY" button below.
  • STEP 3: Complete the Mode Application to audition for the runway, Top Model Competition, or to be considered for other projects, proceed only to STEP 2 once you have completed STEP 1. 

​TOP MODEL COMPETITION:
  • Models review TOP MODEL FAQs
  • Top Model Competitions (both male and female) will run March-June.
  • Models interested in joining the competition must first register to join the model experience. If you are already a part of the Model Experience and do not need to renew membership, you may go ahead a register. Make sur to select the Top Model Call date within the application. ​
  • If chosen for the competition, Top Model Competition fee will be due 2-3 weeks following the Top Model Call.  
  • A schedule of challenges and events will be provided at model call.
  • The Top Model winners will be announced during the SUMMER FINALE runway showcase.
