Become a Vendor at Columbia Fashion Week
We are now accepting vendors at our Winter 2022 Met Gala Showcase held on Saturday, December 17th, 2022. * Please note the following before submitting your information:

- You will be provided with a 30" x 72" table, black linen, and 2 chairs for your use. Additional items will be the vendor's responsibility (e.g., extension cords, lighting, display stands, rolling racks, etc.)

- There is no set dimension of space, as it may vary between event, venue, and number of participating businesses. However, space is unlikely to exceed 10'x10'.

- You may only have 1 person working your table. Additional persons will not be permitted without prior approval from COLAFW

- You are responsible for set-up/tear-down of your space in accordance with the time frame set out by COLAFW prior to the events.

Additional, necessary information will be provided closer to the event dates.
