Become a Vendor at Columbia Fashion Week
We are now accepting vendors at our 2024 Finale Experience
Date: Saturday, June 8th, 2024.
Vendor Fee: $75
- Limited tables are available and are a first come first serve basis. Only one (1) 30" x 72" table, 1 chair for your use. Additional items will be the vendor's responsibility (e.g., extension cords, lighting, display stands, rolling racks, etc.) Please advise if need table. If you have your own, please bring.
- There is no set dimension of space, as it may vary between event, venue, and number of participating businesses. However, space is unlikely to exceed 10'x10'.
- No additional persons will be permitted without prior approval from COLAFW
- VENDOR FEE IS NOT VENDOR ENTRY TO RUNWAY SHOWCASES
- You are responsible for set-up/tear-down of your space in accordance with the time frame set out by COLAFW prior to the events.
- You are responsible for arriving 1 hour before event begins; late arrival will not be allowed to setup.
- Vendor spot isn't secured until payment is secured.
