This form is for nominees of the ColaFW Style Icon Award Night! Completing this form confirms your nomination and allows you to participate in the virtual voting process. Following confirmation all nominees will receive a 50% off coupon code for purchase of their ticket and a plus one.

Important Notes:

• Virtual voting will take place 2 weeks leading up to the event.
• Winners will be announced during ColaFW Style Icon Award night on Friday, June 7th.
• 10 winners will be awarded (based on votes).
• The top 5 vote-getters will be offered the opportunity to become a Columbia Fashion Week Ambassador for the Fall 2024-2025 season.
